How to Take Your Water Test

Before taking your sample, please remember:

• Return your sample Monday to Thursday only.
• Take your sample to a Post Office on the same day it is collected.
• Hand it over before your local branch’s final collection.
• Please do not use a post box.
• Your prepaid Priority Laboratory Return label is valid for 7 days from dispatch. Please ensure your sample is returned before the final postage date detailed on the box.

Following these instructions helps ensure your sample reaches our laboratory within the required testing window, allowing us to provide accurate and reliable results. Samples delayed in transit may no longer be suitable for testing and may require a replacement kit.

Open the sterile swab from the handle end.

Take care not to touch the swab tip.

Firmly swab:

• Around the waterline.
• Inside the jet outlets.

Return the swab to the tube and press firmly until fully closed.

Complete your Laboratory Submission Form and the label on the swab tube.

Place the swab and completed Laboratory Submission Form back into the box.

Seal the box securely using the enclosed sticker.

Return your sample immediately after it has been taken.

Take the sealed box to your local Post Office.

Your Priority Laboratory Return has already been arranged.
